Recently, Zhirun Group has been actively involved in two high-end hotel projects being invested in by our Indian partners in Thailand – the Hyatt Hotel in Phuket and the Marriott AC Hotel in Bangkok, handling the pre-sales technical coordination and design proposals for the revolving doors of both projects.

Recently, the project team from Zhirun Group went to Qingdao Fuwai Cardiovascular Hospital to conduct an on-site inspection and measurements for the project's gate facilities, and they have already completed the colour sample collection.

Recently, Zhirun Group officially took on the task of producing the simple revolving doors and automatic doors for the mall part of the Qingdao Yungu Jinmao Mansion project, and the products have now entered the production stage.

Why choose Zhirun Malaysia Service Centre for building door and window processing? The construction markets in Malaysia and Southeast Asia have long faced three major issues in door and window processing: unstable precision, high rework rates for high-standard products like revolving doors, extra-tall doors and automatic doors, and hard-to-control timelines; unpredictable delivery schedules due to multiple cross-region supply and outsourcing steps, repeatedly delaying project milestones; and lagging technical support, with installation and commissioning lacking expert assistance and no after-sales guarantee. Zhirun Malaysia Service Centre is here to solve all these problems.

Revolving doors are familiar fixtures we encounter every day in hotels, shopping malls, and office buildings. Behind their elegant, continuous rotation lies clever mechanical principles and precise engineering design. They are not just doors, but a sophisticated system that combines fluid dynamics, mechanical engineering, and smart controls.

The main advantage of a manual folding door is that it opens up a large area and doesn’t take up space when fully opened, making it perfect for small kitchens or bathrooms, large living room balconies, flexible partitions, and commercial or industrial spaces. When choosing one, pay attention to the size of the doorway, the number of door panels, the quality of the hardware, how the material matches your space, and your needs for soundproofing and sealing. A heads-up: folding doors are naturally worse at sealing and soundproofing compared to swing or sliding doors, so it’s not recommended to use them as the main door on high balconies with strong winds.

In Southeast Asian data centers, security revolving doors usually act as the first physical security barrier at building entrances and internal passages, handling the daily flow of people in and out.

With the digital economy booming in Southeast Asia, data centers are becoming the region's most critical digital infrastructure. However, with the implementation of regulations like Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDP Law) and the spread of international standards like TIA-942, the importance of physical security in data centers has skyrocketed. As the main physical barrier against 'tailgating' attacks, anti-tailgating doors are moving from being 'optional' to 'must-have' in Southeast Asian data center construction.
