Solution: Adjust the sensitivity of the sensor. The sensor has an adjustment knob to adjust the sensitivity, reduce the sensitivity, and adjust the sensor's viewing angle. Ensure the sensor captures the image.
2. When there is no problem mentioned above, check the slip ring.
If it's a large revolving door, there will be a slip ring. The slip ring is a transmission accessory in motion, and it may generate false signals during rotation. It is necessary to observe the input port of the PLC to make a judgment. Solution: Check if the slip ring has a backup line. Generally speaking, replacing the line is quite troublesome.
3. Special functions.
Some automatic doors have this function of constantly rotating.
4. Door phase sensor.
If there is a problem with the door's positioning sensor, it will persist. Solution: First, determine whether you have the side-opening or door-locking function. If there is no issue with this, check the positioning sensor and adjust its gap with the magnet.
